Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving!

“Give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”  1 Thessalonians 5:18

How we deal with disappointments often defines our future. If we can train ourselves to give thanks to The Lord no matter the situation, I believe we can drastically improve our lives.

Giving thanks is the quickest and easiest way to focus our minds on things worthy of our time. It immediately helps us by reminding us that we’re blessed and God is good. In light of those things, challenges and difficulties diminish into a more accurate perspective.

No matter your challenge today, if your team loses, if you don’t get to spend the day with those you hoped to see, if the turkey is dry and the weather is wet, remember to give thanks because it’s God’s will for you.

E.L. Cole said, “God’s will is what you would do if you knew what He knows.”

Have a wonderful and blessed Thanksgiving Day!
